And we make sure you have best work experiences no matter in the office or at home. That’s why we offer 90-Day-Risk & Hassle-Free Policy to make sure you have nothing to worry about. If you don’t fancy the products, let us know and return it back to get refund.
Repair or Replacement
Feel free to contact Customer Service Center for a replacement of a damaged product within the first 90 days and call for a warranty claim within the time stated for your warranty. Please note that we might not have extra parts or pieces available to sell or send. We try our best to make it as simple as possible to get you back to work with a full product replacement.
Returns
Feel free to contact Sunaofe Customer Service Center to claim a Return Notification in details, including the return reasons, order number. For defective, incorrect, or not as described item, please send us clear pictures or videos to prove it.
90-Day-Risk & Hassle-Free POLICY FOR UNOPENED AND UNASSEMBLED ITEMS
Thanks to our 90-Day- Risk & Hassle-Free Returns Policy that applies to the continental United States, you are eligible to return any Sunaofe product for any reason within 90 days of receipt.
Return Shipping Fee: Who will be charged the return shipping fees?
- A.SUNAOFE Team will cover the return shipping fees if:
- Item itself non-human damage quality issues, e.g. manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship.
- Your item has been damaged in transit.
- Your item has been lost in transit or you hasn’t received the item for long period.
- You receive the wrong item due to issues resulted from Sunaofe Team.
- B.The customer needs to cover the return shipping fees if:
- UNOPENED AND UNASSEMBLED ITEMS within 90 days for any reason.
- You don’t like the item after receipt of it or you don’t need the item after receipt of it.
- Your order was misplaced due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. Incorrect address, product size, color, and style).
- Return product because of obvious human damage quality issues made by the customer (e.g. improper handling, use with use with ultra violence and etc.).
Return Shipping fee: How much is the return shipping fees?
If your situation is suitable for situation B, you are responsible for 30% of your order amount restocking fee, which includes actual express delivery fee/storage fee / re-listing fee/destruction fee and so on. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return & Refund Process Timeline
First step: Whatever & whenever you want to claim a Return & Refund, please contact Sunaofe firstly.
Second step: After communication between us and getting the Sunaofe Return Confirm Email Notification, please arrange return shipping within 14 days.
Third Step: The refund will be processed once the goods are back at our warehouse and have been inspected for damage. Refunds will then be processed within 24 hours in most occasion.
Return Period
The return period is 14 days after you get the Sunaofe Return Confirm Email Notification. To process the return, please contact our customer service firstly.
Refund Method
For this repayment, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree on a different method of payment with us.
Warm Reminder
Sunaofe Team recommend keeping your original shipping box in case you need to return your order. However, if you no longer have your original box, please tell us when you claim a Return Notification in Customer Service Center.
