At Sunaofe, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This Limited Warranty outlines the coverage you can expect for your Sunaofe product purchased in the United States.

What is Covered?

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. We warrant our products to be free from defects for the following periods from the original date of purchase:

Ergonomic Chair 5 Years

This warranty covers the following components:

  • All surfaces
  • Hardware
  • Mechanical parts and components
  • Motors and electrical components (where applicable)

Coverage Exceptions

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Improper assembly or installation
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Use in a commercial setting
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures or weather conditions
  • Accidents, spills, or other external causes
  • Changes in surface finish, including color fading, wood grain variations, or texture changes
  • Dye transfers caused by external contaminants
  • Pilling of textiles

Warranty Claim Procedure

If you believe your Sunaofe product has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our Customer Support team at service@sunaofe.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect
  • Clear photos or videos of the defect

Our Customer Support team will assess your claim and provide further instructions. If the defect is covered under warranty, we will, at our discretion, either:

  • Repair the defective product
  • Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value

Shipping Cost of Replacement

In the rare event that your Sunaofe product is defective, we will provide you with a replacement item shipped at no cost to you within the continental United States. First Year: We will cover shipping costs for both the return and replacement.

After Year One: You will be responsible for shipping costs for any replacement or returns.

Replacement of Defective Products

Sunaofe will replace (at no charge to you) the defective parts on any of our products when the defect is due to improper workmanship and/or material. If Sunaofe is unable to provide a replacement product, and repair is not practical or cannot be completed promptly, Sunaofe may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SUNAOFE'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SUNAOFE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY SUNAOFE PRODUCT, EVEN IF SUNAOFE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
