Sunaofe offers FREE SHIPPING via FedEx to the 48 Contiguous United States [ Hawaii & Alask Excluded] for most products. Most of our in-stock orders usually are shipped within 1 business days. Delivery time within the 48 contiguous states is 5-8 business days.
Your transit time and carrier may vary.
- Please note that we cannot ship to Hawaii & Alaska for now.
- Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or outside of the 48 U.S. states at this time.
- Shipping to APO/FPO and International addresses are NOTcurrently available as a standard option. Please send e-mail for the status and charges for your specific location.
Nowadays, our delivery partners may be suffering from service delays due to COVID-19. Also, please note that when situations happen like official holidays, extreme weathers, inventory shortage and other uncontrollable factors that cause delivery delay, we’d appreciate your patience and understanding for such instances.
Multiple Shipments
Sometimes you may find that your order is delivered in several packages. It is out of a number of reasons:
- By separately packaging components we may lower the risk of any damage or breakages during transit.
- Sunaofe has multiple warehouse locations, and our separate packaging gives our shipping partners the flexibility to pick up and deliver your order.
- Sunaofe team are able to optimize our shipping costs and continue to provide you with free shipping.
Shipping Address Modification
Because Sunaofe aims to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we cannot change the shipping address or other details on your order. You are welcome to return the item to us and issue a refund for the original item once it’s returned to our warehouse in accordance with our Return Policy. You can purchase a new product right away, or you can wait for the refund from the first purchase.
Order Cancellation
We will issue a full refund if the product has not yet start to ship.
If the product is on the progress of delivery, it cannot be canceled. Shipping costs for returned products will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, Sunaofe reserves the right of deducting the cost of shipping from your refund.

Backordered Items
In the event an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, Sunaofe will ship the items available and ship the out of stock item(s) as soon as they become available via an expedited method at no cost to you.
Missing or lost packages
In case you receive delivery notification of the shipment(s) via your email without finding or receiving the order(s), please try:
- Looking around the shipping address (if you live at a residence)
- Checking again with the receptionist at the reception area (if you live in an apartment)
- Sunaofe reserves the right to deny assistance or responsibility for all the lost claims, which are reported to us after 30 days from the delivery date, or because customer provides the incorrect/incomplete shipping address.
Some carrier’s delivery notification can be shot out 24 hours before its actual arrival. If you still can’t find your package(s), please report the case immediately to us. So that Sunaofe team can assist you in filing the claim and sending you a new package(s) replacement.
