Most Sunaofe chairs are authority-tested and therefore officially designed for users with a height of 59.45"-75.59"(151-192cm) and a weight of 88- 300lbs (40-136kg).

Sunaofe also tests products in our national-level test laboratory for use of 120,000 times, which guarantees that chairs can cover a load of 300lbs with our long-term warranty.

No, it is not a must. All you have to do is give us your address and choose your payment method (For now, we only support PayPal). Your product will then be sent to you as soon as possible.

We will issue a full refund if the product has not yet start to ship.

If the product is on the progress of delivery, it cannot be canceled. Shipping costs for returned products will be deducted from your refund. After-sale Service

Sunaofe is proud of first-class customer service. We will try our best to help you.

Thanks to Sunaofe's 90-Day-Risk & Hassle-Free-Policy, please feel free to contact Customer Service Center for a replacement of a damaged product within the first 90 days and call for a warranty claim within the time stated for your warranty. Please note that we might not have extra parts or pieces available to sell or send. We try our best to make it as simple as possible to get you back to work with a full product replacement.

 

Thanks to Sunaofe's 90-Day-Risk & Hassle-Free-Policy, you may return any unopened and non-assembled Sunaofe product for any reason within first 90 days of the date of purchase. Just contact Customer Service Center to claim a Return Notification.

The return period is 14 days. The period begins on the day when we received your notification of your return request. To process the return, please contact our customer service.

If there is no product itself quality issue and you withdraw from the contract of Customer Service Center, all payments received from you, excluding 30% of your order amount restocking fee, which includes actual express delivery fee/storage fee / re-listing fee/destruction fee and so on, will be repaid once the goods are back at our warehouse and have been inspected for damage. Refunds will then be processed within 48 hours. 

If you return product because of non-human damage quality issues, please Contact Sunaofe and we will immediately refund you after confirmation.

Besides, please note: If a loss of value is found when checking the properties and functionality, which can be attributed to improper handling, this must be calculated.

For now, you can only pay orders via PayPal. We will access to more payment methods ASAP. And apologize for unconvenience caused.
