Shipping Destination
We currently offer shipping services within the contiguous United States only. This excludes:
- Hawaii
- Alaska
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- U.S. Territories
FedEx
Sunaofe offers FREE SHIPPING via FedEx to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) for most products. Orders in stock typically ship within 1 business day, with delivery estimated at 5-8 business days.
Multiple Shipments
You may receive your order in several packages. This can occur for several reasons:
Damage Prevention: Separately packaging components helps reduce the risk of damage or breakages during transit.
Warehouse Locations: Sunaofe operates from multiple warehouse locations. Separate packaging allows our shipping partners to efficiently pick up and deliver your order.
Cost Optimization: By optimizing our shipping processes, we can continue to offer you free shipping.
Shipping Address Modification
Because we aims to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we cannot change the shipping address or other details on your order. You are welcome to return the item to us and issue a refund for the original item once it’s returned to our warehouse in accordance with our Return Policy. You can purchase a new product right away, or you can wait for the refund from the first purchase.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email with shipment notification and tracking details shortly. For tracking your package, please visit Order Tracking and enter your email address along with your order number.
Additionally, you can monitor your package status through the official logistics websites: FedEx Tracking
Note: Our Free Delivery does not require a signature, and your order will be left on your doorstep. Kindly ensure to check your order's tracking number. It will include the expected delivery date as a guarantee of the receipt of your item.FedEx do not honor claims of lost packages if delivered to the correct address. Sunaofe will not be liable for such claim.
To cancel your order, please email us at contact service@sunaofe.com within 1 hour of placing the order and before 12 PM Central Time. If the order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund.
If more than one hour has passed, the order will be processed for shipping and cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to follow our Returns and Exchanges process. Please note that shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, the shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.
Backordered Items
In the event an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, Sunaofe will ship the items available and ship the out of stock item(s) as soon as they become available via an expedited method at no cost to you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If you receive a delivery notification via email but cannot locate your order, please try the following:
Check Around the Shipping Address: Look around your delivery location if you reside in a house. Verify with Reception: If you live in an apartment, check with the building’s reception or mailroom. Please note:
Responsibility and Claims: Sunaofe reserves the right to deny assistance for lost claims reported more than 30 days after the delivery date or if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.
Notification Timing: Some carriers may issue delivery notifications up to 24 hours before the actual arrival of your package.
If you still cannot locate your package(s), please contact us immediately. Our team will assist you in filing a claim and arranging for a replacement if necessary.
