30-Day Risk-Free Policy

You are free to return any item within 30 days of receipt. A 30-day risk-free policy applies to all items. No restocking fee is applied for items returned in “like new” condition. The 30-day risk-free policy is only for orders within the continental United States.

Repair or Replacement: Contact our Customer Service Center for a replacement within 30 days for damaged products or to file a warranty claim. While extra parts may not always be available, we’ll do our best to offer a full product replacement swiftly.

Customer Covers Return Shipping Fees:
- Unopened and unassembled items returned within 90 days for any reason. Customer 50% of order amount (restocking fee)
- You don't like the item after receiving it or no longer need it. Customer 50% of order amount (restocking fee)
- Order was misplaced due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., incorrect address, size, or color). Customer 50% of order amount (restocking fee)
- Return due to human-caused damage (e.g., improper handling or misuse). Customer 50% of order amount (restocking fee)
 Note: For situations where the customer is responsible, a restocking fee of 50% of your order amount will be applied. This fee covers actual express delivery fees, storage fees, re-listing fees, destruction fees, and related costs. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

    Return Conditions

    All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in “like new” condition.

    Please Note:If items are returned in a condition other than "like new," a 10% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund.

    Return Period

    14 days after receiving the return confirmation email notification from Sunaofe, which will include the warehouse address and contact information for your return.

    Refund Method

    Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original transaction, unless you request an alternative.

    Refund Processing

    Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse for any damage.
